02Personal data we process

• Identity data: Your first name and last name.
• Contact data: Your phone number and email address; your company name for corporate requests.
• Transaction security data: Website entry and exit times and IP address; data generated by the security check that prevents misuse of our forms.
• Request data: The content of the messages you send through our quote and contact forms; the services and quantities you select when you request a quote from the pricing calculator.

We kindly ask you not to share any special categories of personal data that we have not requested when contacting us. If you share personal data belonging to third parties, please remember that you are responsible for informing the data subject accordingly.

03How we collect personal data

As Nerga Bilişim, we collect personal data

• when you contact us through the "Get a quote", "Contact us" and "Contact" forms,
• by automated means through your activity during your visit to our website and the technical logs created at that time, and
• within the scope of your relationship with our company,

on the grounds that it is expressly provided for by law, that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (your quote requests), and that processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of our company, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

04Purposes of processing

As Nerga Bilişim, we use the personal data we collect for the reasons above for the following purposes:

• Communicating through online systems and responding to your quote, information and meeting requests,
• Fulfilling the legal obligations required by legislation,
• Improving the services we offer you through our website; keeping the website secure and preventing automated (bot) submissions,
• Assessing requests and complaints.

05Recipients of personal data and purposes of transfer

We may transfer the personal data we collect during your visit to our website to:

• Lawyers, auditors and tax advisers (to carry out processes and legal transactions in accordance with the legislation),
• Official authorities such as regulatory and supervisory bodies, public prosecutors, courts, enforcement offices and mediation offices (to provide requested information),
• Third-party companies we receive services from and our business partners (to continue our activities): Cloudflare, which delivers the website and the form security check, and Microsoft 365, which provides our email service; when embedded map (Google Maps) and video (YouTube) content is displayed on the site, a connection is made to the servers of the respective provider,
• Your authorised attorneys and representatives (to fulfil your requests).

Your personal data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Some of these providers may have servers outside Türkiye; transfers abroad are carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of KVKK.

06Your rights and how to apply

If you wish to exercise your rights under Article 11 of KVKK, you can submit your requests in writing, via registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature or mobile signature, from the email address you have previously notified to us and that is registered in our system to [email protected], or through a software or application developed for this purpose.

Your application will be concluded within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature.
